Refund Policy

The buyer has 14 days from the delivery date to return the product. They must contact MALGAT REMI (contact.3dpopcustomz@gmail.com) before returning any item.
The buyer must return the product at their own expense, using a trackable shipping method.
The refund will be for the price of the purchased item(s), excluding shipping costs. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
The product will only be refunded if it is in its original condition. Any damage to the product will result in the cancellation of the refund and its return.

Only items not on sale are eligible for a full or partial refund. Sale items are not refundable.

Please provide proof of purchase.
